The focus is glute and leg work, but the bands and ball work for full-body exercises too.
What is the difference between the fabric bands and the mini loops?
Fabric bands are wider, non-roll, and designed for glute work. Mini loops are thinner and more versatile for full-body use.
Do I need any other equipment?
No. This kit is self-contained. A mat is nice to have but not required.
