Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 1–3 business day delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $119. Orders under $119 ship for a flat rate of around $7.95 depending on your region (exceptions apply, please check our Shipping Policy for details).

We currently ship to 28 countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia and most countries in the EU and GCC. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Please contact us immediately afterplacing your order and we’ll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes unfortunately. We're not responsible for incorrectly filled addresses and will not be able to offer compensation as standard.

We use premium, non-toxic materials across all products. Our Resistance bands are made from natural TPE. All materials are rigorously tested for safety and durability for all destination that RIVI offers.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-price items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale.

Email us at support@rivilife.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Absolutely! Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll arrange an exchange. If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust accordingly.

Warranty & Care

All RIVI products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Email support@rivilife.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We’ll review your claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement if approved.

Wipe your mat with a damp cloth after each use. For deep cleaning, use mild soap and water. Resistance bands should be stored away from direct sunlight. Check the care card included with each product for specific instructions.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
