Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for 1–3 business day delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $119. Orders under $119 ship for a flat rate of around $7.95 depending on your region (exceptions apply, please check our Shipping Policy for details).
We currently ship to 28 countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia and most countries in the EU and GCC. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

All RIVI products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use. This does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Wipe your mat with a damp cloth after each use. For deep cleaning, use mild soap and water. Resistance bands should be stored away from direct sunlight. Check the care card included with each product for specific instructions.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
