How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the UAE and GCC. International orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact our support team and we will make it right. Wellness patches are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damage and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly — no need to return the damaged item.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also log in to your RIVI account at any time to check your order status.

What is the difference between the kits? Which should I start with?
Each kit is designed around a specific goal and practice level. The Starter Kit is for those new to home practice or returning after a break. The Essentials Kit is a fuller set for established practitioners covering Pilates, yoga, and general fitness. The Bubble Butt Kit is built around glute and lower-body work. The Maternity Kit covers the full arc, from first-trimester gentle movement to postpartum rebuilding. The Power Kit adds ankle and wrist weights for more intense resistance sessions. Is the equipment suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. All RIVI kits come with access to guided practice content. The equipment is designed to support proper form, which makes it particularly valuable for beginners. You do not need prior experience — just the intention to start.
What resistance levels do the bands come in?
Our resistance bands are available in light, medium, and strong resistance levels. Most kits include two or three bands to allow for progression across different exercises and muscle groups. The product pages detail exactly what is included in each kit.
Are the kits suitable during pregnancy?
The Maternity Kit is specifically designed for use during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. It includes equipment appropriate for each trimester, with guidance on modifications as your pregnancy progresses. We always recommend checking with your midwife or OB-GYN before beginning or continuing any exercise routine during pregnancy.
Which kit is best for pregnancy and postpartum?
The Maternity Kit covers the full pregnancy and recovery arc in one box. It includes a stability ball for prenatal comfort and labor positioning, a reform ball for pelvic floor work, and gentle resistance bands for safe strength building before and after birth. One kit, every stage.
I am postpartum — which kit is right for me?
The Maternity Kit is suitable for the postpartum period, typically from six weeks after birth (or as advised by your healthcare provider). It supports safe core rehabilitation, pelvic floor awareness, and gradual strength restoration alongside its prenatal use, so the same kit covers both stages.
Are the wellness patches safe? How do they work?
Geniq patches are transdermal wellness patches — they deliver active ingredients through the skin over several hours. They are formulated without synthetic stimulants and are designed for daily use. As with any wellness supplement, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before use. Full ingredient lists are on each product page.
Can I use the patches alongside other supplements?
Geniq patches are formulated to complement a general wellness routine. Most users have no issues combining them with common supplements. That said, if you are taking prescription medication or have specific health concerns, it is worth checking with a healthcare professional first. How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe & Save lets you receive your chosen products on a recurring monthly schedule at a reduced price. At checkout, select the subscription option on any eligible product. Your order will ship automatically each month, and you will be charged only when each order processes. You can manage everything from your account dashboard.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no forms. Changes made before the next billing date take effect immediately. There are no cancellation fees.
What discount do I get?
Subscribe & Save gives you 15% off the regular price on all eligible products. The discount applies automatically when you choose the subscription option at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage subscriptions, and access any purchase history. It takes less than a minute to set up.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available at checkout. You can also add a personalised note. RIVI kits make thoughtful gifts for baby showers, birthdays, and postnatal recovery — the packaging is clean and considered.
